Overview
You don't need to guess the exact penny amount. Instead, you need to identify which price bracket the wine falls into. This tests your ability to assess quality and value.
Scoring Rules
- ✓Correct Range MatchYou score points if the actual price falls within your selected range.
- 10Default PointsWorth 10 points by default.
Price Ranges
The options you see depend on the game's settings, but they typically look like this:
Under $15
$15 - $20
$20 - $30
$30 - $50
$50 - $100
Over $100
The correct answer is determined by the average retail price in the Vine Savant database. We know prices fluctuate, so we aim for the most widely available market price.
Question Setup
Hosts can customize the price brackets to fit the budget of the tasting.
- Price Bounds: Hosts can set a "Lower Bound" (e.g., $15) and "Upper Bound" (e.g., $70). The game will automatically generate ranges that fit mostly within these bounds.

- Adjust points (1-100).
